We're hiring a Finance / Controller Assistant to become the backbone of our finance team — the person who keeps the numbers clean, the books tight, and the whole operation running with zero drama. You'll work hands-on across accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for a portfolio of fast-moving businesses and revenue streams. This isn't a sit-back-and-reconcile role. What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping across multiple businesses

• Build and maintain budgets and forecasts, and flag variances before they become problems

• Handle data analysis and entry — turning numbers into insights leadership can act on

• Track inventory and COGS across our product lines

• Help manage insurance, payroll, and general admin work

• Be a reliable right hand to the CFO and the broader finance team

What Are the Key Points?

• Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience)

• Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) available

• Location: 100% on-site — Fayetteville, Arkansas

• Hours: Full-time, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CT

• Team: Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO

• Start Date: September 1 or sooner

• Exposure to inventory/COGS, payroll, insurance, or admin is a big plus
